  • Dates of arrival and departure from our hotels/restaurants/points of sale

As a job applicant or intern, the following data may be requested:

  • Contact information: Name, nationality, phone number, email, address, etc.

  • Education, training, and professional experience

  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

We do not request sensitive information such as religious beliefs, political opinions, health status, racial/ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or union membership.
